What is your cancellation policy?
For free cancellation, please inform us 5 days prior to your arrival ; cancellation fee will apply accordingly if less than 120 hours prior to 3 pm (check-in time) of your arrival date.
Arriving May 4th? For free cancellation, please let us know by 3 pm, April 29th.
Is Inn on Frederick pet-friendly?
No, unfortunately we are not a pet-friendly facility. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Will I be charged on my credit card?
No, we hold pre-authorization for verification purposes but you won’t be charged until you arrive to Inn on Frederick.
What payment methods do you accept?
We hold your credit card information to have your reservation – you can pay in your preferred method when you arrive. We accept cash, debit and credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Is mask mandatory?
No, it is not mandatory but it is recommended! *Updated: June 2023*
